Embroideries is Burcu Sahin's English-language poetic debut. The book focuses on the political struggles, familial relationships, and grief experienced by women through the meticulous act of sewing. The debossed embroidery pattern on the cover takes center stage, highlighting sewing as the link that connects all poems and women together to preserve their historical legacies.
